Workd well you just cant have the front wheels in the same track as the rear or it wont steer good. Just adjust the fronts using the pivot for centering. If you try and set front to follow same track as the rears one side will be turning a different arc than the opposite wheel. Some like the wide front for mowing on side grades. You will have to make a small cut on the front grille but it is not hard to do. Go for it.
