If you are have a hauler take something to the buyer even tho it has been paid for:

Always get license number of truck and trailer.
Drivers license number. Have the driver sign an itemized receipt for everything that they take and the condition it was in when picked up.

I guess even tho we all want to believe people are honest, you have to do the paperwork as if they are not. It is just the sorry state of world affairs.
