Make sure that the hyd. oil is up to the full mark on the dip stick with the engine off ( NEVER PULL THE DIP STICK OUT AND TRY AND PUT IT BACK IN RUNNING AS IT CAN GET INTO THE GEARS OF THE RANGE TRANSMISSION) . Run the engine at around 2000 RPM and turn the steering wheel to the left and keep turning it , this should bleen the air out of the MCV . It also could be that the MCV hyd. pump is getting weak and has a problem of self priming . If it does not pick up prime this way then post back and i"ll give ya another idea.
