When It clicks with good battery it usually means the starter gear is hung in the ring gear. Loosen the sarter bolts about 1/4" and see if it will start then.

sometimes they always stop at the same place and u get a worn place on ring gear. Put in in gear as it shuts down and let the clutch out just as it quits to move leave the starter on a different place on the ring gear.

If all fails pull to start and then go from there.
