I don't know what Johnny here below me is smoking, but from your description, that snow blower is worth its weight in scrap metal. It's clearly wore out. Maybe if it was new, it would be worth the price of that tractor, but now... No way. Keep in mind that these tractors are EXPEN$IVE to repair. You can drop $15000 on it, easy, if you have to have engine work, tranny work, TA work, tires... People don't stop using tractors for no reason most of the time. Usually they park them because there's something wrong with them, and they can't afford to have it fixed. You've got to look at this tractor with the idea in your head that there is something major wrong with it, so haggle the price accordingly.
