200 Farmall Questions

I'm looking at a neighbors Farmall 200, serial number 11318 CA. It has what I believe a second fuel tank, possibly a distillate tank. Just wondering how common a distillate tank would be on a 200 and if this would make the tractor more or less valuable than a regular gas tractor. Also what year was this made and what does the CA mean. At searched the archives to the left and did not find any information. Saw one for sale for $3600. recently. Are they that pricey? Thanks, Marv
