To show a picture, you have to have it loaded on a server somewhere. If your internet connection company provides a web site space for you, then load it up there. Then type in the URL to that location in the "optional Image URL" box on the forum form. If you do not have a web space, then you must upload the image to an image hosting site, as mentioned before.
