Is the gasket between the screen and the bowl or between the screen and the mount under the tank? Seems to me that the screen should fit in the little recess in the bowl and the gasket goes on top between it and the mount. Trying to remember here without visual aids… :<( You could try reversing the way they are in now.

Did you put in a new gasket? If so, then could it be leaking where the sediment bowl screws into the tank? If not, try a new gasket, it should cost less than a buck.
