I used part of a framerail from another H to build the hinged mount. There is a plate that a bolt pushes on to tighten the belt--- it goes right into the hole in the timing cover that was originally the pivot point for the shutter mechanism. I was in the SW corner of ND, South of Dickinson. Went to Minot for the state fair every couple of years... Fargo was the place we stayed when going to Rollag for the steam thresher's reunion.
