Since you didn't say what you are doing, it is hard to say what you are doing wrong. Only thing I can say for sure is you have your Caps Lock turned on. The usual way to bleed air out of the system is to top off the reservoir, and cycle the system back and forth a bunch of times (may help to leave the fill plug out). Shut it off with the levers in the rear positon and top off the reservoir again. If it takes any amount of oil, repeat until it stabilizes.
