I would say it needs a good flushing. You wouldn't belive what will flush out of one of these old girls. I got about 2 gal. of what looked like mud out of my Super c when I flushed the block.Short of hard plowing I have never got a Farmall hot enough that you couldn't lay your hand on the radiator cap and it would just be warm.
