This may not be news to many of you, but for the sake of the uninitiated.....I felt I had to post this. Folks, if you have any carburator trouble at all, take the time to drop $20 for a kit and rebuild it. I spent the last couple evenings cleaning the carb spotless...all night soak in carb cleaner, then a good brushing and plenty of compressed air and a rinse in clean gas. Install the parts and make sure the float is adjusted right....maybe a 30 minute job. The rewards (for me) are unbelievable. I thought the tractor ran well, but sputtered a bit before. HAR! It acts like a rebuilt engine now and I am convinced it has regained 5 lost HP....that's over 20%! No drips either:).
