Go with at least 12" rims, if not 15". The little snowmobile trailer tires are fine for short hauls once in a while, but the bigger wheels will double the life expectancy of your bearings. Why are you running tandem axles? A single 3500lb torsion axle should be more than adequate for a Cub.
