Where do I look - Farmall B

I recently purchased a muffler from OEM parts for my Farmall B. I don't think they offer it in the catalog, but it was something they custom did. They had it ceramic coated, so it doesn't have the galvanized look, rather a chrome or stainless type look. It's a stanley muffler, but OEM had cut the top off and made a new top and put the correct size of reduced size outlet pipe on top of the muffler. (I believe the inlet is approx. 2 inches and outlet is approx. 1 1/4 or
1 3/8. The question is: Where do I look for a raincap this small in chrome to match? I know Case/IH sells the small 1 3/8's raincaps but in just unfinished metal or galvanized. Any ideas?
I can already hear the ribbing begin......isn't this guy being too uptight about this restoration details!!! LOL.
