Well if you have no gas out the drain plug then you could also have a clogged fuel line and or filters. You have a filter in the sediment bowl and also should have one in the elbow of the carb where the fuel line hooks up. You should pull the fuel line off the carb and see if you have gas flow there before you open up the carb.
