Looking for 184 parts.

Would anyone have any clue for getting a good two speed assy that bolts to the front of the tranny for a 184 International. I have one in at work that the 3 little gears broke apart and locked up. Not all the pieces are available anymore and we're not having any luck with the area salvage yards. Besides that, I'm ready for the long weekend because my brain is shot from dealing with 2 different hydro tractors. I'm down to one now but sounds like there might be another one on the way. OH HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!
