An H through the 450 front end uses the same 4 holes to mount to the cast front bolster. You will have to make new pieces to brace the rear part to the frame, and buy a new steering arm. My wide front is a Schwartz and I took it from a 450 and put it on my H with minimal fabrication. 
A picture of the rear brace I had to make to fit the narrower frame rails of my H.
