Yes, the clutch can be replaced, but not the pressure plate as I understand it... My dad did it once on his Super M. How it is possible, I do not know. The transmission input shaft, which is a piece of solid steel, goes through the clutch and into the pilot bearing in the flywheel... That's the way typical setups are, at least. Unless the input shaft slides back and forth or something... I don't get it.
