all the gears work and i did not hear a whine,the steering was a little loose but better than my wc,it belonged to this mans uncle new ,has always been shedded from what i see it and only really needs paint and some rear tires.hes asking 1200.00 from me,thanks for the responses i looked on ebay and they werent selling for much.this man has been a nieghbor of mine for 10 yrs so i can believe 50% of the story ,right?
