There are many differences, but first look at your serial tag if it is still there. The prefix before the serial number for an H will be FBH, for a Super H, SH. The H engine does not have the displacement cast into the right side of the block, toward the rear. The SH will have C164 cast into into the block. The Super H disc brakes will have cast iron covers held on by 5 bolts, I believe, as opposed to the relatively rare disc brakes on the H that have 3. The usual band brakes on an H have stamped steel covers. A stage 2 Super H will have a distributer mounted pump, the hydraulic reservoir under the gas tank and the battery under the seat. That is the "desireable" model. Other difference are in the archives, likely several hundred posts by now, since yours is a common question.
