Farmall H rear rim??

i am trying to get the H home, it is only about 3 mi down the road, but 1 rim( right rear) is completely rusted threw by valve stem. the tire size is 12.4-38, what size rim should i use? ps: i tried rocking good rear wheel with tractor in 5th, and fan still wont move, but it feels kind of loose, it just wont, any suggestions, and thanks for all the help, i'll keep posted on progress.
