Are you using the belly pump which is controlled by one handle to the right of the light bar? Does the belly pump have hoses attached? Is any equipment connected to the hoses? Let us know a little more to get accurate information. If the three outlets are capped or plugged, you will have to remove one of them to test the pump. Put oil in the pump, start engine and pull control rod all the way back. Oil will pump out through the open plug. (put a hose on it first)to dump it in a bucket, and not on everyone around you.
