Well, I just got home from work. I removed the starter and was not able to rotate the engine by hand. Yes I removed the coil wire from the magneto to keep it from starting as I do not have a kill switch as of yet. I did move between the gears (thank you everyone for the gear pattern). It seems to be seized tight as a drum. Any advice?
