While rummaging through an Albuquerque garage sale today, I happened to mention to the elderly lady running the sale that I restore antique tractors as a hobby. She was extremely interested and told me to follow her into her garage where she commenced to show me a small display of antique farm and auto tools that her recently deceased husband had assembled during his life. She reached up on a pegboard and handed me an old brass plaque (3" x 6") that reads, "TITAN ENGINE", "TYPE ____", MANUFACTURED BY INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CORP'N", "CHICAGO, U.S.A." "PATENTS PENDING" "H.P. 4", SPEED 450", "No RC1835E". Because of my obvious interest in the plaque, this very nice lady offered to give me the plaque for free. My question to you IH enthusiasts, is what is the likely source of this IH plaque?
