Our C works great with a 6.5' blade about 3' high. The hydraulics run from the back pto with an add on hydraulic pump. The lift lever is behind the operator, not too hard to reach it. I use 3rd gear to run a good 100 feet. With the straight blade with ends it spills out but it's not too bad. It can handle 8" of snow this way. Bigger ends on the blade would reduce spillover, and it is a little tedious shifting to neutral to lift the blade. Cut the throttle before pushing in the clutch at the end of the push.
