removing fan on smta

i have a fan blade cracked on my smta and in the
process of removing the fan. there is little room
to work,so i thot i better stop and talk to some
of the experts. the water pump is driping so i thot i would repair it at the same time. i called
our local parts store,and their price was 180.00.
hope there is some kind of a kit to repair mine.
thanks so much for any help you guys mite have.
i'm sure some of you have been there......
