More then likely you sheared the tiny littel pin that hold the valve together . To fix you have to take off the square not on top that the linkages hooks to then drop the plug on the bottom and remove the valve from the bottom and if ya have a two pice valve then the pin is sheared and can be bought at the local Case I H dealer . Now the down side is that the square nut that you took off the top that is how you set the clutch lock up pressure and ya need the special fitting to go into the test port and a gauge that will read 600 lbs. , Now you can buy the fitting for Case I H if the dealer will let you as it is a special test TOOL and sometimes they get funny about ordering it . The gauge you get them from any place that sell a good Hyd. Gauge Now if you can get the fitting you turn the valve stem into the nut with a small nail thru the small hole in the stem till you get around 245-265 lbs. of pressure on the gauge with the hyd . Oil at about 150-180 degrees or operating temp. When i do the set up i have a leg up on ya as i run the tractor hooked to my Flow Rater and warm the Hyd. oil with it and it has a temp gauge on it . Or you can just have the dealer fix it . Also if you have the wick turned up on that 1066 myself i would even run the lock up pressure up to 265-285 that way you will never walk it thru the clutches if you are doing any heavy PTO work. If it is somewhere near stock + 10-15 % then the first pressure set will be fine.
