If this is an early 50's running gear, we found the bearings at IH. They are simple roller bearings -- 2 per wheel[hub]. There are 2 sleeve "cages- races" which are replacable & are inserted into the hub before reassembly. All that the adjustment & pin or bolt do on the outside is take up as much slack as is possible before putting on the hubcap.
