Tight as much as you can get on it before it breaks , I knoiw i am lots of help here. I use the wheel and give it a couple tugs and ain't had one come off yet. They get real tight when ya have the socket and breaker bar or a ratchet on the bolt and give the wheel a good spin and then tug on it a couple times .
