Well my Super A is a 52 and it had the 3 in bore sleeves and they were thick wall. Now it has the 3 1/4 sleeves in it and the block didn"t need any machine work done to it. It already had the 3 7/16 hole in the bottom of the block.
You can have the block bored to the 3 7/16 size but then you need to take some time and do some fitting with the O rings so they fit in the block.
I picked up my sleeve kit thru a Tisco dealer.
