The above is a typical coil problem. After it cools of it will start.

-cleaned out tank

This sounds like a fuel delivery problem "pro rebuild" on a carb doesn't mean much. However you could still have crud inside the outlet in the tank. Look inside the tank and carefully run a wire in the outlet. If by "replaced fuel line/screen/elbow", if that was on the sediment bowl, there is another screen inside the fitting on the carb, but my interpretation is that you replaced that. Othewise you have a problem inside the carb. Disassemble, soak in carb cleaner overnight (carb cleaner, not parts cleaner) blow out with compressed air, and set the float to specs. Those carbs are very simple. I am not completely ruling out the coil, but usually the tractor will not restart within 5-15 minutes of dying.
