If you have changed that tractor over to 12 volt or it was change over by someone else and went to and auto parts store i have run into this several times . Install the propper 6 VOLT coil with a resistor and amke sure what polarty your battery is and hook the coil up the correct way . Now it is like this if ya have good fuel flow and ya have good spark it will run these are plane and simple engines . So here is what to do take it out and run it like BOB said when it quiets first check to see if the coil is hot and if ya got spark then pull the bottom plug out of the carb and see if it poors fuel out not just a trickel . But myself i still think it is and Ing. problem .
