Common problems in order of appearance: Loose fan belt
Dirt or chaff in radiator fins
Load too heavy
Passages blocked by crud or inside of hose loose
Bad head gasket
Very late timing It does not need a pressure radiator cap. Does it help to run it with the cap loose? My C boils over once and a while just to let me know it's thinking.
