The passages in the block at the bottom of the sleeves are probably plugged. You can remove the radiator and take off the lower outlet then back flush with water and compressed air get the crud out way too many have the radiators messed with when the problem is in the block. You can also add a water pump from a SC as it just bolts on where the lower outlet is and a longer fan belt Dont need to change anything else this has been done quite often and works good.
