Well it is not that big of a deal if it is the shaft seal . First you will need two long 1/4 inch fine thread bolts . I use a 6 1/2 inch long ones a steering wheel puller a 1/4 fine thread tap and a impack to remove the retaining nut a pair of snap ring pilers and a seal kit that will run ya somewhere around 15 bucks . Remove the steering wheel and remove the snap ring , then replace the steering wheel and give it a quick turn either way and the seal should pop wright out . THen install the new seal and bushing and replace the steering wheel . Now if the outer seal is leaking then get back with me and i'll walk ya thru that one.
