Gene, fer sure on EVERY tractor Ive owned n wired (which has been maybe a lil under a hundred, I was a used tractor dealer in the seventies n eighties) 4 pole VR's are wired as I described which is, by the way, the CORRECT WAY (even though many arent wired correct lol). As far as what tractors I operate, thanks for asking but theres been too may to count, mostly older Deeres lately and I used to farm full time with 2 cylinder Deeres (A, B, 60, 70, 620 720 and IHC (had H and M and 1066's) and Massey Fergusons (seems like 1105 I forget) and a few Allis thrown in, I have a D 15 now for light use and a 1938 B, I recently sold my last 620 and G and A as all I do now is keep a few cows n make a lil hay since Im semi retired from electrical engineering and now a country lawyer until the wife retires then its travel to old tractor shows lol. What kind do you use and prefer??? Fun discussion, thanks for your interest, take care n God Bless John T
