Not trying to be flippant here but: 1) The more you pay, the more it's worth. 2) Rare does not necessarily equate to valuable. Sometimes rare just means the manufacturer didn't make many because nobody was silly enough to buy them. O,r everybody that bought one, hated them, unloaded them quickly and most of them have been recycled in the years since. 3) I'm not necessarily saying the 826 gas Hydro in question fits into #2 above, I'm just pointing out the differences between "rare" and "valuable" or "collectable."
