Cost to buy or rebuild PTO

From information I have received in the archives of this site, I have come to the conclusion that the bands in my PTO must be very worn. I have followed the instructions in the manual, and the adjustment screws are almost all the way bottomed out before it even comes close to operating properly, and it still slips quite a bit. So, my question: Is there a source for rebuilt PTOs for 350 Utility tractors? If not, how much are parts and how difficult is the job? Also, if I do it myself, what should I replace, other than just the bands, as long as I have it apart? Thanks. Joe
