I hope i can remember this right. with the ign. on,test voltage at bat term on reg. and at fld term. each term. should test 12v. with engine running test arm.voltage if chaging correctly thereg. should register 12v. or more on each term.also take a piece of elect. wire and touch the two outside term together momentarily
