I drilled two opposing holes in the pulley, made a makeshift puller out of a impact socket placed on crankshaft, and a stout piece of strap metal across that with two matching holes to those drilled in the pulley. Two bolts thru the strap and thru the pulley with nuts on backside of pulley. Tightened bolts alternately with air impact wrench - slowly worked pulley off.

When I put it back together, I chilled crankshaft with bag of ice, and heated pulley to 475 degrees in oven (when wife was away!) used a piece of large pipe as a driver, and tapped with 10# mall went on suprisingly easily. Lubed crankshaft veery liberally. Hope it won't be a problem next time (or better no next time!).
