The way I wire up a 12 volt system with a distrubutor is that I use a 75 chevy 350 altenator from it I run a hot wire back to the starter button and one wire back to the voltage meter. From the starter button I run a wire to a 3 polled keyed switch. I also run a wire from the keyed switch to the volt meter. From the switch I run a wire to the coil with a resistor in between because I leave the 6 volt coil in. And then a wire from the coil to the distrubutor. Now what do I have to do different since I am dealing with a Magneto? E-mail @ Silverlakeland@cs.com. Thanks
