Might as well go with new pistons and sleeves now to save yourself some hassles down the road.If the sleeves are corroded that bad the wrist pins might not be that good either.A B has wet sleeves ,so the o-rings might leak too.Just probably easier now.Good luck.My grandpa always told me to buy new parts if I could because you already have used parts and you might get ones that are worse than what you got.
