The 1/2" plug is for a single acting remote, but using it requires that the isolator valve under the seat be closed, and that disables the 3 point hitch. You really need to cut into the pressure line before it goes into the hydraulic block, run the pressure side into the remote valve, and plumb the power beyond from the remote into the port where the pressue line goes now. IH's factory valve was mounted on the left side of the hyd block and the pressure ran to the remote and ported internally to the 3 point hydraulics.
