Couple of things could be happening. First make sure the foot-n-inch pedal (clutch) is not touching the floor boards. There is a needle and seat in the box it is connected to, that must needle must be closed or the oil will bypass. Second is the 5,000 lb relief valves in the center section. You'll have to drain oil to get to them. A 5,000 lb pressure gauge can be put in the little line that goes to the foot-n-inch pedal to see the pressures of relief valves. Also try this test you did this week end going in reverse. That might tell you the reverse valve is good. Or tell you that something deeper is wrong. A IT manual should be bot. There are more valves also.
