Hi Fellas, I haven't posted for awhile how's everybody doing. I just wanted to drop a note to everybody about distributors. The parts for the inner workings are getting very expensive. If you have one, you may want to check it out for wear. Move the rotor back and forth and it should spring back into place. If it doesn't it is a good sign that it needs work. Also if the inner bushings are getting wore it makes it hard to get correct point gap. Take that plug out of the side of the housing if it has one and install a zerk and give a small amount of grease to prolong bushing life. Some may be to far gone.. A good distributor makes for a good running engine. Farmalls Forever, Tim K.
