1466 advice

My work has a real sharp 1466 the only thing it needs is a new seat. Motor was rebuilt in 2005 at a cost of 3200 new clutch was also put in at that time. it also has the belly tank. My question is what is a good price for it I have had the assignment of selling it to buy a more usable machine . Any advice would help me
