New steering wheel for IH 240 Utility

I want to buy a new steering wheel for my IH 240 Utility restoration. YT's lists a 18" 11/16" splined for late model 240. My serial # is 2765J so I think it may be an older model? and the splines measure 7/8" outside. Under the splines it tapers from .857" to .875". Any help out there? Thanks GA Dave.
