As CNKS stated the 6 was built in four versions. The International I-6 and ID-6 was the industrial version. It had a different standard front axle and tires, different options, a foot accelerator, different fenders and platform from W and O versions. The clutch had a brake on it to allow easier shifting and hydraulic brakes were optional. A pintal hitch was also standard on the I. The McCormick W-6 and WD-6 was the wheel or standard version. It had a larger platform and different fenders from the I. It had the regular 5 speed with foot clutch and standard drawbar. The McCormick O-6 and OD-6 were the full Orchard version of the 6. They had a hand clutch and much lower seating position then the I or W. They had streamlined hood top as well as full streamlined fenders covering the engine sides and rear wheels and an optional shield covering the steering wheel. The McCormick OS-6 and OSD-6 were the Orchard Special version of the orchard tractor. They had the same hand clutch, streamlined hood, and low seating of the O tractors but lacked the full shielding covering the engine sides and rear wheels. Harold H
