old W-9 value

My great-grandfather"s very good friend, close enough to family to me, has a w-9 that I"ve been looking at, just wondering what its worth might be...not sure of the year, couldn"t quite make out the ser. #, the head was taken off years ago and so the tractor sat outside now stuck good, but he has another head for it so that"s a plus, and it will need tires, a radiator, some of the tin, and a lot of work.

Certainly not something I"d normally be looking at, however because it is a part of my family I don"t really care, but he does want to know if it does have any value at all and we both make a fair deal...
