What you have is a 1/3 reduction gear/pulley for the 1 hp Famous water cooled and air cooled Tom Thumb to operate a cream separator. I have been looking for one for years for my Grandfather's hopper cooled. It was a factory option with a different main bearing cap on the ignitor side that had a flange to mount this to. If you wanna part with it, drop me an email, I'd love to have it.
